The rooms here are a good size with two comfy queen beds. Also, it's nice that the location is right near the welcoming front desk area. 🌟

The staff here was super helpful and always around when we needed them. The room was a good size and had a nice patio with fresh towels. Checking in was a breeze 😊.

The location was comfortable, right on the river. The room I booked was n't cleaned the best phone was broke and available with clean towels and a king bed and a balcony.

i had a great experience at Radisson in Jeffersonville! arrived at 130am after a 6 hour drive from chicago, dead tired and ready for a pillow. great service! very nice staff, including the manager jesse! close to freeway but didn't hear the traffic, and close to a whole row of diverse restaurants right on the river with easy, no-freeway drive. rooms very nicely appointed, the king bed very comfortable with lots of pillows. very clean and the AC kept it very cool. staff was exceptionally prompt and helpful with restaurant recommendations and help when our keycard would not work the second time.

The food is appetising and the breakfast was exceptionally good. The hotel staff are accommodating. Also, the location is particularly good, minutes from Atlantis Water Park.

Good choice of decent food for meals. Secluded location close to the attractions in Louisville. Based very close to Derby Dinner Playhouse and a number of good places to eat on Veterans Parkway and other tourist sites. Convenient location in Clarksville for training.

The staff here are really on top of things, super efficient 👍. The rooms are a good size and have everything you need - there's showers and a dresser, for example. The facilities here are really nice!

The hotel was wonderful and fairly clean with good wi-fi. Great location to the attractions in Louisville, easy to get around. Just next door to the expo and a lake with a great view.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum as it provides guests with 10 meeting rooms that can serve up to 320 people for banquets and 220 for conferences. The 10000 square feet of space consisting of conference space and meeting rooms were perfect for our event, and the staff was accommodating during our meetings.

One service that I missed for my work was the unavailability of a business center with printing and copying facilities.

The breakfast here is excellent, served hot and with a variety of delicious options.

The staff was extremely helpful and professional during check-in. The room was a nice size and had beautiful views of the lake. The bathroom with a bath was a plus. The location was convenient and absolutely perfect for exploring the area. The hotel is situated in a very nice area, close to stores, restaurants, pubs, and attractions in Louisville.
